MEDITATION

Meditation techniques have been widely practiced to reduce stress, tension and worries rather than for spiritual enlightenment or realization. We never realize the fact that joy, happiness and peacefulness are the by-products of our inward journey to the core of our being, generally known as consciousness, awareness, self or soul, the spiritual substance. Happiness and joy are, in fact, the essential nature of our inner being and the very process of meditation will lead us to the blissful nature that we endowed with. Anyone who moves inwardly will experience peace and tranquility and as such meditation is not a part of any belief system, but a practical science.

Who can practice meditation?

Anyone can practice meditation. However, meditation practice requires a good understanding of the process of meditation. Guided meditation practice will help participants to have a clear understanding of how the techniques work. There are different methods and techniques available and all of them are equally good. Nobody will go astray in their practice, for all meditation practices lead to inward subjective conscious awareness. However, the success of meditation practices depends on the ability of the master, guru, who can travel along with the participants to reach them on the shore of meditative awareness.
