STRESS RELIEF

This is not a course, but a guided activity involving breathing exercise. Selected techniques will be taught to practice in order to bring down the stress and tension. These techniques involve simple active exercise. Loose clothing is ideal. First session will be 1.5 hours and second and following sessions will be one hour each. Minimum five sessions are recommended. Cost of the first session is $55.00 and the rest of the sessions are $85.00 each. It is one-on-one and hence booking is essential.
